Our Mission
Our association is dedicated to advancing the values and ideals of Harvard University, and to promoting the personal and professional development of our members. At the Harvard University Alumni Association in Lebanon, we are committed to supporting lifelong learning, community service, and intellectual engagement, and to making a positive impact in our local community and beyond.
As part of our mission, we strive to :
- Further the interests of Harvard University.
- Rally the alumni (ae) together in an effort to coalesce their expertise and efforts.
- Exchange ideas, opinions and information.
- Develop the relationship between the Club and Harvard University.
- Welcome visiting Harvard Alumni(ae), representatives and professors.
- Encourage the members to develop their professional skills and assist them in finding worthy employment.
- Network with similar associations.
- Encourage outstanding Lebanese students to apply to Harvard University and assist the University in the selection process.
- Serve the Lebanese society at all levels.
- Honor outstanding Lebanese citizens.
- Encourage life-long learning, intellectual enrichment, professional growth and social interaction through forums of continuing education and development.

Club History
The Harvard University Alumni Association in Lebanon was founded in 1998 and has been active ever since. It is the legal successor of the Harvard Club of Lebanon of 1964 that ceased all activities in 1973.
The Harvard University Alumni Association in Lebanon is the only Harvard Alumni Association or Harvard Club in Lebanon officially recognized by Harvard University.
